Rafael Barba Berlanga, studied Computer Engineering at the National University of Mexico and later Software at the Universidad Iberoamericana.

He has worked on various projects in both the public and private sectors and is currently an advisor on Information Technology for several Civil Society organizations, including the Aguirre Foundation, Azuela, Chávez, Jáuregui, Pro Derechos Humanos A.C. and the Including Mexico Foundation.
